About Us

Fireworks is the platform for specialized intelligence, enabling companies to build, train, and serve AI models tailored to their own data, workflows, and products. Founded by the team behind PyTorch and backed by AMD, Atreides, Benchmark Capital, Index Ventures, Lightspeed, NVIDIA, Sequoia Capital, and TCV, Fireworks powers production AI with hundreds of state-of-the-art open models across text, image, embedding, audio, and multimodal workloads. Today, Fireworks is a Series D company valued at $17.5 billion, bringing together an ambitious, collaborative team that's building the future of enterprise AI.

About the role

We're looking for a Customer Trust Specialist to join our London office and help run the customer-facing side of our trust program. Where our GRC team keeps the compliance engine running behind the scenes, you'll be one of the people customers actually interact with, turning our security, privacy, and AI-governance posture into accurate answers that earn trust. You'll handle security questionnaires end to end, help operate our trust automation platform, and support customer conversations across EMEA and beyond. This is a great fit for someone with solid security-review experience who wants to grow their scope at a fast-scaling AI company.

What you'll do

Handle security questionnaires end to end: intake, drafting, review, and delivery for customer security assessments, RFPs, and vendor evaluations, in whatever format they arrive (OneTrust, spreadsheets, portals, email), pulling in Security, Legal, or Engineering when an answer needs it.

Operate our trust automation platform: use and help improve the system that generates answers from our governed knowledge base. Review output for accuracy, flag weak or incorrect answers, and help keep the guardrails from over-claiming.

Keep the knowledge base current: update answers as the platform, certifications, and control environment change; ingest new evidence (SOC 2, ISO 27001/27701/42001, HIPAA, penetration tests); and flag stale facts before they reach a customer.

Handle one-off customer requests: evidence requests, Trust Center access, point questions from account teams, and anything that doesn't fit a questionnaire but still shapes a customer's confidence.

Support customer calls: join prospect and customer calls alongside Sales and Solutions to field security, privacy, and AI-safety questions, especially for UK and EMEA customers. Partner with the sales team from intake through close.

Support contract reviews: work with Legal and Deal Desk on security and privacy terms in DPAs and MSAs, including UK GDPR and EU data-transfer questions; learn which positions are standard and which need escalation.

Keep the program honest: follow the standing rules that protect us and our customers: state only our standard position, never reference another customer's ask or situation, and escalate anything that needs Legal, Security, or Engineering sign-off.

Track program data: log knowledge-base gaps, recurring questions we can't answer well yet, and where automation is saving or costing time, and share findings with the team.

Help maintain public trust artifacts: keep the Trust Center, security whitepapers, and supporting evidence current and aligned with what we actually do.

How the role will grow

As you build context on our platform and customers, you'll take on more ownership:

Broader program ownership: lead specific parts of the program, such as a framework area, a slice of the knowledge base, or EMEA customer coverage.

AI-assurance coverage: help extend the knowledge base to emerging standards like ISO 42001, NIST AI RMF, and the EU AI Act.

Cross-functional influence: work more closely with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Sales to make our security and AI-safety posture a differentiator rather than a checkbox.

What we're looking for

3 to 5 years of experience in customer-facing security, trust, or GRC roles: security assurance, customer trust, vendor security review, security-focused sales engineering, or similar.
