Clinical Business Development Director, SNF

Location: Remote, US.

About Teton

Teton is building the AI platform for care, so overstretched care teams can stay one step ahead of their residents' needs. A single optical sensor in each room runs computer vision on the device itself, building an anonymized digital twin of what's happening. No video is stored. Teton catches falls, tracks sleep and mobility, automates rounding and documentation, and forecasts staffing needs.

Founded in Copenhagen in 2020, Teton is now scaling across the United States. We're backed by Plural, Bertelsmann Investments, Antler Elevate and others, after a $20M Series A in September 2025. Operators using Teton report 50–70% fewer falls and fewer temp and night-shift hours.

The role

As Clinical Business Development Director for Skilled Nursing, you'll lead Teton's growth with US skilled nursing operators as a clinician who has lived the work. You'll open doors, build pipeline and close multi-facility deals, working alongside the REITs and asset owners who back many of these chains.

You'll speak peer to peer with directors of nursing, administrators, and chief nursing and clinical officers, as well as with regional operations leaders, CEOs and CFOs. You've run a unit or a building, so you can show how Teton changes night shifts, fall response, rounding and documentation. You can also show how that turns into better star ratings and survey results, fewer falls with injury, lower agency spend and lower liability.

You'll be Teton's clinical voice in the market. You'll shape how pilots are designed and measured, answer clinical, resident-rights and workflow questions with authority, and bring frontline insight back to Product. You'll work closely with our Solutions Architects, Deployment and Customer Success teams to turn pilots into portfolio-wide rollouts.

What you'll do

Lead with clinical credibility. Engage DONs, administrators, CNOs and clinical leaders as a peer. Translate Teton into the realities they manage every day: falls, night rounds, behaviors and documentation burden.

Build and own the pipeline. Prospect and qualify skilled nursing operators of every size, from regional chains to national portfolios. Use your clinical network, outbound outreach, events and referrals.

Close multi-facility deals. Run complex sales from first meeting to signed contract, navigating clinical, operations, finance, IT and compliance stakeholders.

Make the clinical and financial case. Show value in operator terms: falls with injury, Five-Star quality measures, survey risk such as F689 (accidents and supervision), readmissions, agency spend and insurance. Partner with Solutions Architects on ROI models.

Design pilots clinicians trust. Help choose units, set clinical baselines and success criteria, lead executive readouts, and expand from one unit to whole buildings to the full portfolio.

Answer the clinical and resident-rights questions. Speak with authority about resident dignity and consent, alarm fatigue, care-plan integration, and how Teton fits nursing workflows and the survey process.

Work the asset-owner channel. Build relationships with REITs, senior housing investors and lenders, so they back and help roll out Teton across their operators.

Negotiate commercial terms. Shape pricing, contract structure and multi-site expansion terms that work for thin-margin, Medicaid-heavy operators.

Be visible in the clinical and industry community. Represent Teton at AHCA/NCAL, AAPACN, state associations, LeadingAge and investor conferences. Build Teton's reputation in post-acute care.

Bring the clinical voice inside Teton. Share frontline and market insight with leadership, Product and Marketing on workflows, features, messaging, competitors and pricing.

Forecast accurately. Keep CRM hygiene tight and report pipeline and forecasts with discipline.

What you bring

A clinical background in skilled nursing or post-acute care, with an active or past RN license or a nursing home administrator license (LNHA/NHA). We strongly prefer candidates who have served as a DON, ADON, administrator, or regional clinical or operations leader.
