High Roller Technologies is expanding into the rapidly evolving regulated prediction markets space — a major new growth area for the business. We’re building a consumer-facing prediction markets platform for the US market and are looking for talented people to join us as we build and scale the product.

We are looking for a Project Manager to help coordinate and drive projects and initiatives across the business.

This will be a shared project management resource, working across Product, Technology, Business, Legal, Compliance, Operations and other teams as required. You will help ensure projects and workstreams are clearly organised, owners and deadlines are defined, dependencies are understood and work continues to move forward.

The role will support both technical and non-technical projects. A strong understanding of technology and software delivery would be a significant advantage, but the ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects effectively is most important.

Requirements

Requirements

Manage and coordinate projects and workstreams across different areas of the business.

Build and maintain project plans, timelines and action trackers.

Track tasks, milestones, dependencies, risks and blockers.

Ensure clear owners and deadlines are assigned and follow up to keep work moving.

Coordinate work across teams including Product, Technology, Legal, Compliance, Operations and other business functions.

Manage and track business and operational tickets and ensure appropriate follow-up and resolution.

Support Product and Technology delivery, including coordination of releases and technical dependencies where required.

Coordinate projects involving external partners, vendors and service providers.

Run project meetings and maintain clear actions, decisions and follow-ups.

Identify risks or delays early and escalate where necessary.

Provide clear and concise project updates to stakeholders and leadership.

Help establish consistent project management processes and ways of working across the organisation.

Support new projects and priorities as the business continues to grow and evolve.

You’ll Need To

Have strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at the same time.

Have experience in project management, programme coordination or a similar role.

Have experience coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Have strong follow-through and the ability to drive actions through to completion.

Be comfortable working with both technical and non-technical teams.

Be able to bring structure to projects where requirements, priorities or processes may still be evolving.

Have strong written and verbal communication skills.

Have experience with project management and ticketing tools.

Preferred Experience

Experience managing technology or software-related projects would be a significant advantage.

Experience in fintech, financial services, gaming or another regulated environment would be an advantage.
